The disruption is currently (1pm) causing severe delays around Chichester. There is queueing traffic for three miles due to the broken down lorry on the A27 Chichester Bypass at A259 Fishbourne Road West. Eastbound traffic is worst affected. There are lengthy queues and motorists are advised to find alternative routes if possible.
